Zachary D. Campbell is a Licensed Professional Engineer with a background in engineering, entitlements, and construction. He approaches his work on the Wildflower portfolio with a deep passion and curiosity for technical details. Campbell focuses on the development process, from the acquisitions phase to the stabilization of the completed assets.
Campbell grew up in the mid-West and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2014. He began his career in Chicago before shifting his practice to New York City. In 2019, he joined Wildflower after consulting for the firm as a Civil Engineer. Wildflower announced Campbell was made a Partner (Development) in 2022.
Campbell enjoys exploring the country’s many ski resorts, mountain towns, and wine regions.
