Wes Gordon leads acquisitions at Wildflower. A lifelong New Yorker, he combines a deep passion for the city with a strong background in financial analysis and sustainability.

Before joining Wildflower, Wes was an Investment Banking Associate in the Energy Transition group at Jefferies. Earlier in his career he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Clean Energy Transition coverage group at Citi.

Wes graduated from Dartmouth College with a major in Environmental Studies and was a member of the heavyweight rowing team.

Jared Maisel

Jared Maisel oversees the company’s financial operations, strategic planning, and corporate governance. With a track record of building and scaling financial infrastructure, Jared brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to Wildflower’s innovative portfolio of logistics and infrastructure assets.

Prior to joining Wildflower, Jared spent nine years at Madison International Realty, serving as Director of Fund Finance. There, he played a key role in fund structuring, and capital planning across a global real estate investment strategy. His earlier experience includes financial reporting and fund management at Apollo Global Management and audit work within the real estate practice at KPMG.
